TREE PLANTING ACROSS KENTUCKY

Tree Planting Services Across Kentucky

One tree can add shade where you need it. A row of evergreens can make a backyard feel private. A larger planting can change the entrance to a farm, business, or neighborhood.

Big Tree Planting Co. supplies, delivers, and plants trees and shrubs for properties across Kentucky.

MEET ORLANDO

Orlando has spent most of his working life planting trees.

Before Orlando's Landscaping became his full-time work, Orlando traveled across Kentucky with one of the larger tree-planting companies in the region. He managed crews, coordinated installations, and helped deliver and plant tractor-trailer loads of trees.

Tree planting was his favorite part of the work.

It still is.

Big Tree Planting Co. gives that work a home of its own. It is the specialized planting side of Orlando's Landscaping, built around the work Orlando knows best: choosing the right plant material, getting it safely to the property, and planting it with enough care to give it a strong start.

Today, Orlando and his team plant individual trees, privacy rows, shrubs, and larger projects for homes, farms, estates, businesses, and neighborhoods across Kentucky.

WHAT WE PLANT

Planting for homes, farms, businesses, and neighborhoods

Some projects begin with one tree. Others involve dozens. We help work through the trees, sizes, placement, delivery, access, and planting before the crew arrives.

Evergreen and Privacy Trees

Evergreen rows can provide more privacy around a backyard, patio, pool, road, or open property line.

We look at what needs to be screened, how soon you want coverage, and which trees make sense for the property. Our evergreen and privacy tree planting includes arborvitae rows, mixed evergreen screens, and larger plantings throughout Kentucky.

Shrub and Landscape Planting

Shrubs and ornamental plants shape the parts of a property you see up close: the front walk, the foundation, the garden, and the entrance you use every day.

Our shrub and landscape planting brings those areas together with foundation shrubs, perennials, grasses, mulch, and a clean finish.

Coordinated commercial and HOA landscape planting

Commercial and HOA Planting

Planting around a business, development, or neighborhood has to work around more than the landscape. Approvals, access, residents, customers, and active common areas all affect the job.

Our commercial and HOA planting covers community entrances, office sites, shared spaces, privacy buffers, and larger managed properties.

HOW IT WORKS

Thoughtful planting starts before the tree reaches your property.

The tree, its location, delivery access, installation, and initial care all affect how the finished planting comes together. We work through those details as one job.

01

Plan the tree and the property

Tell us where the project is and what you want the planting to accomplish. We consider the available space, drainage, property conditions, and access for delivery equipment. Photos are helpful, and some projects require a site visit.

02

Source and prepare for planting

We work through the species, size, quantity, delivery requirements, and the scope of the installation. Once the estimate and schedule are approved, we coordinate the plant material and equipment.

03

Deliver, plant, and finish the job

We deliver and plant the trees, add mulch, stake when needed, clean the work area, and explain the initial watering and care.

Big Tree Planting Co. is fully insured. Qualifying installations include a one-year limited plant warranty when the provided watering guide is followed.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you supply the trees?

Yes. Many of our evergreens come from our own nursery stock. We also source trees and shrubs from trusted suppliers when a project requires a different species, size, or quantity. The trees we supply are installed as part of the planting project.

Do I need to know exactly what tree I want?

No. It helps to know what you want the tree to accomplish, such as shade, privacy, spring color, a finished entrance, or more structure around the property. We can then discuss trees that fit the available space and planting conditions.

Do you plant individual trees or only large projects?

We consider both. Project fit depends on the property location, plant material, delivery requirements, equipment access, and work involved in completing the installation.

Where do you work?

Kentucky is our focus. Central Kentucky is our regular market, and we consider projects throughout the state based on location, size, delivery, and access.

Do planted trees include a warranty?

Qualifying installations include a one-year limited plant warranty when the provided watering guide is followed. We explain the watering and care requirements after planting.

NEXT STEP

What would you like to change about the property?

More shade. More privacy. A finished entrance. A row of trees along a drive. Or simply one good tree in the right place. Send the property location, a few photos, and what you have in mind.
