Share the basics for your tree, privacy screen, shrub, estate, commercial, HOA, nursery, or larger planting project. Photos are optional, but they help us understand access, rows, beds, and site conditions.
Good estimate requests usually include the property city, the type of planting you have in mind, approximate counts or bed sizes, and any timing constraints. For privacy rows, include the row length or a photo of the fence line. For larger trees, include access notes for trucks, equipment, gates, slopes, or tight driveways. It also helps to say whether you already have trees selected or want help sourcing, and to note any HOA or property-management approval needs.
Big Tree Planting Co. is operated by Orlando's Landscaping and is fully insured for professional planting work. We also offer a 1-year limited plant warranty when the proper watering guide is followed, because successful planting depends on both correct installation and consistent aftercare.
The first pass is about fit: location, planting type, rough quantity, access, timing, and whether photos show anything that could change the scope. If the request is regional, the project needs enough scale for travel, sourcing, delivery, and crew coordination to make sense.
After you submit, we follow up with the clearest next step. Smaller jobs can often be quoted from your details and photos; larger trees, privacy rows, estates, farms, HOAs, and commercial sites may need an in-person walkthrough before final pricing.
Photos are especially helpful for fence-line privacy rows, tight backyard access, large-tree delivery routes, slopes, existing beds, overhead lines, gates, drainage concerns, and commercial or HOA areas where the crew needs to understand the site before quoting.
